• Callback requests — name, phone number, and preferred callback time submitted through the Schedule a Call widget.
• Configurator submissions — spa model, shell colour, jet configuration, and installation preferences you choose when configuring a spa.
• Parts & accessory orders — order details, shipping address, and payment information processed through our secure store.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or fingerprinting technologies.

How We Use Your Information

Information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation, process an order, or schedule a callback. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as described below.

Third-Party Services
